Not in love with your order? No worries — we've got you covered.
30-Day Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange, for any reason.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In original condition with tags attached (if applicable)
- In the original packaging
How to Start a Return
- Email support@newyork-savings.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or exchange within 3–5 business days.
Refunds Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
Exchanges Want a different size or color? Just let us know in your return request and we'll send the replacement as soon as we receive your original item.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect, in which case we'll cover it.
Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale items (clearly marked at checkout)
- Gift cards
- Items damaged through customer misuse
